Effective Date: October 1, 2026
Purchase a $200 Mahabachat Gift Card for just $175 and enjoy $25 in savings on eligible grocery purchases at INDIACO Johns Creek.
1. Purchase Period
The Mahabachat Gift Card is available for purchase from October 1 through November 30, 2026, subject to availability.
Any purchase limits will be disclosed before payment. Ending the offer will not affect obligations relating to cards already purchased.
2. Redemption Period
The card is redeemable beginning January 1, 2027, and is valid for use through December 31, 2031.
Cards cannot be used before January 1, 2027. Any unused balance expires after December 31, 2031, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
3. Issuing Store and Accepted Location
This card is issued by INDIACO Johns Creek and is redeemable only at:

The card is not redeemable at other INDIACO locations.
4. Eligible Purchases
The card may be used toward eligible in-store grocery purchases, including applicable taxes, at the location identified above.
The card cannot be used for:
• Purchasing other gift cards or prepaid cards.
• Cash advances or money transfers.
• Online orders or purchases through delivery platforms.
• Purchases from separately operated businesses or concessions.
Eligible merchandise will be charged at the prices in effect at the time of purchase. The card does not guarantee future prices or product availability.
5. Using Your Card
Present your card at checkout. Each purchase reduces the available balance by the amount applied to that purchase.
The card may be used for multiple purchases until its available balance is exhausted. There is no requirement to spend the entire balance in one transaction.
If a purchase exceeds the available balance, the difference must be paid using another accepted payment method. Any unused balance remains on the card, subject to these terms and applicable law.
Cards cannot be reloaded under this program.
6. Fees, Sale Prices and Loyalty Rewards
There are no activation, maintenance, inactivity, or redemption fees under this program.
The card may be used toward eligible sale-priced groceries. Coupons and other promotions remain subject to their separately disclosed terms.
Purchasing the gift card does not itself earn loyalty rewards. Eligible merchandise purchased using the card may earn rewards according to the store’s loyalty program terms.
7. Refunds and Merchandise Returns
Gift card purchases are final and are not refundable or exchangeable for cash, except where required by law.
Merchandise purchased using the card is subject to the store’s return policy. Approved refunds for amounts paid using the card will generally be credited to the original card or a replacement card, except where applicable law requires another method.
Refunds will not exceed the amount paid for the returned merchandise. Where a purchase used multiple payment methods, refunds will be allocated to the applicable payment methods.
Any cash redemption required by applicable law will be honored.
8. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Cards
Treat this card like cash. INDIACO is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, copied, altered, or duplicated cards, or unauthorized use of the card, except as required by applicable law.
Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced under this program, except where required by applicable law. Please retain your purchase receipt; possession of a receipt does not guarantee replacement or recovery of the remaining balance.
If your card is damaged, bring it to the issuing store for assistance. Any transfer of its unused balance is subject to verification of the card and its remaining value.
If you find a card, please return it to the issuing store or contact the store using the details below.
9. Balance Inquiries and Transaction Issues
You may request your remaining balance at the issuing store or through the customer service contact listed below.
Please report suspected transaction errors promptly and provide available receipts or transaction details so the store can investigate.
The store may retain the physical card once its balance has been fully redeemed. Please keep your final receipt for your records and any subsequent merchandise returns.
10. Fraud and Misuse
Cards must be purchased through an authorized store sales channel.
INDIACO reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel a card reasonably believed to be fraudulent, altered, duplicated, improperly issued, or obtained through an unauthorized transaction, subject to applicable law.
Suspected misuse does not authorize cancellation of an unrelated, legitimately purchased balance.

Information provided for receipts, customer inquiries, or program administration will be handled according to our privacy policies https://www.indiaco.com/privacy-policy/.
Marketing consent is separate from participation in this program. Purchasing a card or providing contact information for customer service does not automatically enroll you in promotional text messages.
12. Program Changes and Store Operations
INDIACO may modify these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law; however, no modification will reduce a cardholder’s legally protected prepaid value.
Updates to these terms, program policies, or redemption arrangements will be posted on www.indiaco.com. Please visit the website for the latest information.
We may modify or discontinue this offer for future purchases without affecting our obligations relating to cards already sold.
If the issuing store relocates, changes ownership, or closes, the issuer will provide information about arrangements for outstanding balances and honor its obligations under applicable law.
13. Applicable Law
These terms are subject to applicable federal and state law. If any provision conflicts with a mandatory legal requirement, that requirement controls, and the remaining provisions continue to apply.
Nothing in these terms limits a consumer’s nonwaivable statutory rights.
