For the benefit of our new shareholders, we wish to explain the nature of business of IndiaCo Ventures Limited.
IndiaCo Ventures Limited is in the business of Private Equity investments, where the growth of top line and bottom line does not determine the benchmark and is not a criterion of progress. IndiaCo Ventures Limited endeavors to show-case the progress of its investments & in certain cases provide a complete report termed as “natural parameters of investment”. In this report, IndiaCo Ventures Limited will benchmark each investment on a set of fundamental and static criteria, which would then be measured on a yearly and quarterly basis.
This will provide all stake-holders a transparent overview of IndiaCo’s investment operations thereby ensuring that each investment is reported on a set of static parameters.
IndiaCo endeavors to fulfill every criterion that it believes as growth drivers. It has always been and will be transparent thereby disclosing the good & bad news in the same manner. IndiaCo Ventures Limited is one of the only companies attempting this conduct on the exchange. A majority of its of the board of directors consists of independent directors.
