IndiaCo Ventures Limited, IndiaCo is a financial services company that provides capital (investment), direction and operational expertise in distinct asset classes for select identified industry verticals.
IndiaCo was founded by a team of professionals with investment, corporate finance, investment banking, venture funding and private equity experience; restructured its operations so as to augment all IndiaCo’s activities under one singular entity. In the year 2005, the company acquired Shivaji Securities Limited, a company in existence since 1983, which is now known as IndiaCo Ventures Limited.
IndiaCo since it inception has been primarily involved in creating unique investment opportunities, has successfully “created” the incubation model in India, established successful models to capture “corporate venturing”, pioneered the nanotechnology initiative through IndiaNano (the Nanotechnology Research Foundation, visit www.indiaNano.com
