The Investment Group utilizes a variety of investment structures primarily invests proprietary capital but more importantly, this group catalyzes and monitors all investments for IndiaCo necessary for the integral growth.

The Groups investment model hinges on the ability to provide hands on strategy and guidance to all underlying investments; this method of investment ensures corporate governance, adequate disclosures to investors that provides structured method of providing returns to participating stake holders, this approach ensures that underlying investments have access to knowledgeable set of resources to leverage while building and growing the business thereby protecting stakeholder interest.

The investment Group consists of 2 board members and members of the executive team to works closely so as to monitor performance Management, report directly to the board of Directors of IndiaCo Ventures Limited, this ensures proper capital utilization so as to build market-leading enterprise.

The Investment Group prior to working with a promising company, assemble a team comprised of two to four individuals familiar with the company’s technology and market; supporting the lead manager (Vice President) is a team of investment professionals comprised of senior associates and associates.

Each of the Vice President’s and investment professionals have specific sectors of investment focus and expertise including infrastructure technology, application software, manufacturing, communications services, telecommunications, semiconductors, and consumer technology.

This “deal team” analyzes the investment opportunity, reviews the company and its people, and remains actively involved post-investment.
