IndiaCo Clean Energy (“ICE”) is an aggregation vehicle, which invests into companies providing products and services in the clean and renewable energy value chain. Focus areas include solar energy, wind energy, energy from bio-mass, fuel cells, hydrogen and bio-fuels, and energy efficiency enhancers.
The Clean Energy industry is one of the fastest growing industries in the world, extremely relevant and is expected to grow exponentially. ICE plans to provide growth capital to companies that are at the forefront of this exciting industry.

ICE’s portfolio companies will typically be small but fast growing, need capital to leverage growth opportunities, and lack world class management. ICE will provide them capital, strategic direction, and state-of-the-art technology. A world class management team will manage the ICE portfolio.
IndiaCo is currently raising capital for ICE from strategic investors who have the ability to add value and invest in ICE along side IndiaCo. The minimum investment period is 3 years and there are several exit routes planned for investors.
