IndiaCo’s aggregation vehicles are thematic investments, where IndiaCo invests its proprietary capital in multiple companies with inherent synergies, thereby also reducing portfolio risk.

Aggregation vehicles are structured as co-investment vehicles along with strategic or financial investors, with IndiaCo driving investments, synergies, and exits. Return on capital is in the form of long term capital appreciation

IndiaCo enhances growth and profitability in portfolio companies through a dedicated operating team.

We provide the aggregation vehicle with:
Access to world class domain and management experts
Timely access to funds
Efficiencies of scale
Customer and geographical synergies
Financial & operational optimization

We reduce portfolio risk through diversification. IndiaCo focuses on an exit strategy through public listing, by aggregating investments in a pool of sector focused companies.

IndiaCo’s Value Add in Aggregation Vehicles
Strategy: IndiaCo provides the umbrella strategy that will guide and maximize the value of the portfolio. IndiaCo assists companies in their business strategy and tactics.
Business Development: IndiaCo, through its extensive network, and with the help of domain management experts on its team, assists portfolio companies in securing access to and orders from new clients.
Funding: IndiaCo provides growth funding in a timely manner to help portfolio companies grow exponentially.
Financially Structuring: Typically, investee companies do not have access to sophisticated financial capabilities. IndiaCo provides optimal financial systems, processes, and structures, leaving the portfolio company to do what it does best.
Technology: IndiaCo has strong capabilities in technology available worldwide, and helps companies stay on the cutting edge of technology and/or boost their product portfolio.
Transparency: Transparent disclosure norms, strong corporate governance; (SEBI disclosures for a subsidiary of a listed entity are mandatory).
Exit: Listing requirements for an IPO by the aggregation vehicle, as a subsidiary of a listed entity, are significantly simpler, were it to be spun out off IndiaCo Ventures.
