V Chandrasekar
Professor V Chandrasekar is the Executive Director of the Wadhwani Centre for Entrepreneurship Development (WCED) at the Indian School of Business (ISB). The WCED is one of the first ‘Centers of Excellence' established at the ISB. Professor Chandrasekar brings with him a rich experience in teaching, consulting and corporate management. In his role as the Executive Director, he is responsible for establishing international quality research, partnerships with industry, attracting funding for research, grooming entrepreneurs, and expanding the scope of the Centre. Professor Chandrasekar has taught in institutions such as IIM-B, IISc, University of Colorado, University of Denver, and ESSEC Business School at Cergy, France. Professor Chandrasekar has developed various case studies and written extensively on issues related to the service industry and entrepreneurship. He has been a Strategy and Feasibility advisor to various projects and has consulted for a variety of companies both in India and U.S A. as a consultant or as a co-founder. He is an Invited Member for the Techno Entrepreneurship Promotion Programme conducted by the Grant Committee of the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India. He is an Associate Fellow at the National Institute of Advanced Studies, Bangalore. India. Professor Chandrasekar completed his Masters in Economics from Madras Christian College and received his doctorate degree from the University of Denver, USA where his thesis was in the area of Innovations and Organizational change.

Vadim Kotelnikov
Mr. Vadim Kotelnikov has vast experience in providing consultancy & training services all over the globe. He is the president of Global Incubator of Venture & Innovation Strategies (GIVIS), USA. Mr. Vadim Kotelnikov is CEO of Ten3 East-West, Russia and also the Principal of Ten3 NZ Ltd.,New Zealand and Ten3 Consulting, Germany. Mr. Vadim is also the Director General & Board Member of Congress Prominvest, Russia. Since 2006, he is an adviser to International Centre for Scientific and Technological Information (ICSTI).He also has rendered his consultancy and advisory services to UNDP Asia-Pacific Development Information Programme (UNDP-APDIP)and UNESCAP Asian and Pacific Centre for Transfer of Technology (APCTT), New Delhi. Mr. Vadim has a masters degree in Cybernetics and is a Phd in Economics.

N L Bhatia
Mr. N. L. Bhatia is one of the senior most Company Secretaries in practice since 1982, presently practicing in the name and style of N. L. Bhatia and Associates. After acquiring memberships of the Institute in 1967, he served in the Secretarial and Legal departments of J.K Group and Voltas (a Tata Group Company) and entered practice in 1982. He has to his credit experience of over 30 years. As a practitioner of long standing, he has developed expertise in all facets of Company Law and Capital Market regulations and regularly advises corporate clients on matters related to incorporating of Companies, issue of securities through prospects, Joint Venture Agreements, Stock Exchange and Securities and Exchange Board of India compliances, transfer of shares and Board and Shareholders meetings. He has acted as a scrutinizer in conducting postal ballots for leading companies. Mr. Bhatia serves on the Advisory board of “Center for Corporate Research and Training of Institute of Company Secretaries in India (with Mr. Justice Venkatchalliah, former Chief Justice of India as Chairman”, apart from being a member of several committees and bodies at SEBI ( Apex Body on Investor Empowerment Campaign - SEBI, Advisory Committee for Mutual Funds - SEBI, Delisting Committee for BSE and membership committee for NCDEX). He is also on the panel of arbitration of the Bombay Stock Exchange. Mr. Bhatia has also authored several books in the area of corporate compliance including SEBI Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeover Code and Takeover Games and SEBI Takeover Regulations, 1997 (August 2002). |
